Management board

Because of the size of the group, the duties of the Management Board are conducted by one person who is responsible for managing the company, which comprises among other things, the responsibility for achieving the objectives of the company, the strategy with the associated risks, the results for the business development and the relevant social aspects of entrepreneurship.

 

  

 

J.A. (Joost) de Haas MBA

CEO

 

Joost (1959) is an experienced manager with a pragmatic approach paired with strategic and theoretical insight. Proven track record in performance improvement for the top-line, cost structure and capital utilization. He has broad experience in various industries in both operational and senior executive positions. Seasoned in solving complex and (time) critical business situations.

Joost used to work for a.o. McKinsey, Frico International, UPC, OneTel, Nuon and Trimoteur.

Joost also workes as a part-time professor at INSEAD in France, where he teaches "Managing Corporate Turnarounds" for the MBA and EMBA programs.
